John’s career began in service. Having served both his country and his community, he brings discipline, accountability, leadership, and calm decision-making to every area of the business. His military and law enforcement background taught him how to perform under pressure, lead with structure, and build trust through consistency.

Through The Laviano Group, he focuses not only on helping families secure the protection they need, but also on developing agents and agency leaders who can produce consistent, ethical, high-volume business.
